East or West Roland is best

Likes

Central library with good facilities and book availability
Animal house with good laboratory practice

Dislikes

For sports there are no field available within the campus

Placement Experience:

Placement cell are there in Roland college to give the job to the students in various sector like QA, QC, AR&D and FR&D. Every year 20 percentage of students are getting established by the placement cell..

MY JOURNEY

Likes

Gesture of faculty members towards students.
Experienced faculty members and support staffs .
Practical facilities provided are way better.

Dislikes

Placement facilities are required to be improved
Hostel facilities can be better at this price range .
Campus is bit smaller when considering such a big population.

Placement Experience:

A good amount of exams are conducted through out the academic year which serves as the foundation for higher studies. Competative exams are supported by a number of other exams . Internal assignment programs help improve efficacy.

Good college in Odisha

Likes

Teaching is good and staff are cooperative
Regularity in classes and practicals in accordance to course
Good and protective environment to reside.

Dislikes

Campus placement is quite poor thing in here
Playground is very small and sometimes need to address other colleges if required
Some state scholarships are not eligible to be applied.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements from the last semester. The companies visited were in the past and any haven't visited recently. The package offered were 2lpa Less than 30% of students are being placed if any company visits. After post graduation I plan for a job and in long term I plan for a Phd

1st NBA approved pharmaceutical college in odisha

Likes

All laboratory equipment and there function.
Class room, Herbal garden and college campus are fabulous..
Teaching staff and other non teaching staff in our college

Dislikes

Strict examination in our semester that disliked me😏
Canteen foods are not good for hostelers.
Playground are not present in our college that also disliked me.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This is the good course after 12 th. After B. Pharm future is bright?? There are lot of opportunity to expose yourself GPAT and NIPER are two imp. Entrance exam that help you for higher study at top university. After GPAT qualified scholarship will be given by Government. R&D, FR& D, Pharmacovigilance and other are present in pharma field for job.

College teacher, available facilities and may things.
College freinds. Supportive, teacher also
College campus placement. Available internship.

Dislikes

College campus area is not too big as per budget
College is near high way side. There is chance of accident
Native place is not so freindly. Costly also

Placement Experience:

After 8th semester, student eligible for campus. There is cipla, dr reddy, mankind, tata and so many. They can take approx 40 people highest package 4lakhs and average package 3 lakhs. Approx 50percent getting placement .

Revelation of RIPS

Likes

Study facilities like library and the books facilities are very good.
The teachers as well as the laboratory staffes are very good.

Dislikes

They should provide ac in the classroom .
The institute must provide extracurricular activities to the students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

After a bachelor's in pharmacy, pharmacology plays a vital role. A master's in the subject gives more opportunities for a job as well as in the research field also. The college should improve in the latest laboratory equipment and research facilities.

Campus placement is done for final year degree students and m.pharm students. The average package in placement is 1.8 lpa.. Very good companies are came for placement..Till now no placement drive occurs.

Life in RIPS

Likes

Teaching staffs and their adaptability towards students
Annual fest and annual sports in the good period of time
Hostel life with classmates and bonding with seniors what i loved tge most

Dislikes

Campus is not so big it can be better with some more space
Not having a playground for playing games they rent grounds for sports
Not having a boys common room while they having a girls common room

Placement Experience:

In the final year students are eligible for campus placement Last year maclodes and pallets pharmaceutical company taken students from our college Highest package in the campus is 6lacks per annum 60percentage students got placement

Classes are taken regularly.. College infrastructure is good and separate dedicated practical Labs..
Cleanliness is maintained and canteen food is much better than older canteen.

Dislikes

Campus placement is getting late day by day..

Placement Experience:

For 4th year students and M Pharm final year students campus placement occurs.. As compared to the fees structure the campus placement are not that up to mark... Overall 40-50% candidates got placed through placement drive.. This year no campus placement drive occurs till now..
