The labs are well equipped and the assistants there have great knowledge about every experiments we carry out and are also very supportive
The library has a Great collection of books and it actually has the book of everyone's interest including all the pharmacy books from different authors. It has a minimum of 15000 books
The college environment is quite friendly. The principal, vice principal as well as all the other teaching and non teaching staff are quite supportive regarding your progress and wherever you need help

Dislikes

The food the canteen provides would be the first thing to dislike. It really just causes food poisoning. One time we found a cigerette in the biriyani
The classes has ac but it never turns on and whenever we ask it's said to be broken. Even the curtains are Torn
The college doesn't have enough space for a match to hold or even for a fest. The college is too small in size and the unwanted expenses are too mucg

Campus placements starts from 7 th semester Companies like cipla,pulses, ajanta pharma, wipro etc visits and almost 70% of thee students are selected for the placement The highest package can reach upto 10lpa and the minimum is like 3.5 lpa I may apply for a company job after I get my degree or pursue further studies

My Experience in Roland Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences Berhampur

Likes

There is much good Labarotary experiments we were performing than previous college
There is Animal House in our college and we were lucky for that also as it helping us to know more about the animals study
There is internship available in our college and it is helping us so much in many educational ways

Dislikes

There is no playground and playing equipments in the college
There is not many placements the college is bringing for us
There is not good food in the canteen for which students have to eat more outside food

Course Curriculum Overview:

The Course I choose is Pharmaceutics in which there is much job opportunities most relevantly R&D and it is a very good career opportunity for us . Talking about the examinations there are sometimes very difficult questions given to us which is somewhat good for us to improve in our future

Worth it

Likes

Teacher's are cooperative and are full of knowledge.
College Environment is comfortable and supportable for one's growth.
Learning facilities are excellent, practicals are done in a very well manner and all the equipment’s required are there for experimental work.

Dislikes

Placements are not coming since Covid for which students are facing alot of problems.
For job purpose we have to go for walk-in interviews whereas college has to bring opportunities for students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

After completion of B Pharm I was in a dilemma that whether I should go for job or what? My teacher's and seniors told me that if you will do masters then you will be having more opportunities in your field, So I prefered to do Master's. In case of teaching methods one thing is there that has to be changed that is teacher's must provide written notes to students so that it will somehow easy for them to understand a topic properly.

My college life journey

Likes

Good faculty members with assistance and workers.
A beautiful campus with positive environment
A raging free campus. Having different extra curricular activities

Dislikes

Not a good infrastructure. Canteen item.
Not any big ground for playing and moving

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements. The company names are cipla, corona. The highest starting package is 350000 per year and average 250000 per year. The percentage of students getting placement is around 60-70 per year. My plans after getting the is for master degree.

Likes

Faculty of collage is too good,provide notes and lectures.
Regular function , vacation, festival ,sports day and even many more occurs regularly
Teachers are too cooperative they used to provide all benefits

Dislikes

The canteen food is quite not good it is too oilyy
It is quite strict and regular classes is held
U are attendance should be above 75 percent otherwise u have to give fine ,no reasons can be taken

The campus is very good and it is very useful for every student
Annual function is very good. every student enjoy very well and feel very happy in those days
The teachers are also very good and helpful

Dislikes

The placement are not good and not give the package that students want..
After completing b pharm we don't have more opportunities to placed from campus
We want to eat 3 times food in college canteen but they don't give 3 times food to us

Course Curriculum Overview:

The B Pharm course is good for those students who want to know about medicine and want to research new drugs and those who want to go into industry like production department and R&D and sales. It is a very good course.

Likes

Library is very peaceful with lots of publisher books.
Cleanliness is maintained all around the campus.
Many medicated tress has been planted all around the campus.

Dislikes

You need to pay fine if you break anything during experiment.
Discipline is not maintained by the students.
Uniform code is not good. Color combination of uniform very bad.

This college deals with the courses of bachelor of pharmacy, diploma in pharmacy, master in pharmacy as well as phd. This course is a best pata medical for the interested students in medical field and biology subject.

Likes

The laboratories of our college are top-notch
The facilities available are very good compared to other colleges.
It has animal house which has the facilities to keep animals.

Dislikes

The food is worst. The hostels are very bad.
There are very less cultural activities.
The campus placements are very low comparatively.

Placement Experience:

From the seventh semester the students were allowed to sit for campus placements. Companies like MacLeod, sun Pharma, Wipro and others came to our college. The highest package of our college was 4 LPA. And the average package was 2 LPA. 40-60 percentage of our student's get placed. I have planned to do freelancing.

The college is very good for teaching the students

College for pharmacy

Likes

College - college is nice with better academic environment and studious environment
Faculty - faculties are highly qualified with great teaching ability
Infrastructure- infrastructure is nice in the class and practical lab.

Dislikes

Campus life- campus is small with very little space for activities
College - college has not much more fests and only better for studios peoples
Course - the students are less paid in this course right now in the campus placement
