Bihar College of Pharmacy was established in the year 1979. It is located in Patna, Bihar. The college is affiliated with Magadh University, Bodh Gaya and Pharmacy Council of India, New Delhi. It is approved by AICTE and Department of Health, Govt. of Bihar.

Admission in all courses of NRI/Foreign category is done directly on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination.

Bihar College of Pharmacy, Patna offers B.Pharm. and B.Pharm. Lateral degree courses at the undergraduate level.

To apply for B.Pharm. Course, candidates must have passed his/her Class XII or its equivalent from any recognized Board or Council with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics.

For B.Pharm. (Lateral) course, candidates must have a Diploma in Pharmacy from any Indian University recognized by PCI & AICTE with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.

Admission to the undergraduate courses is done strictly on the basis of merit in the Entrance Test conducted by the college followed by personal interview. Bihar College of Pharmacy, Patna offers M.Pharm. Degree course in Pharmaceutics at the postgraduate level.

Candidates must have a B.Pharm. Degree from any recognized Board or Council recognized and approved by AIU (Association of Indian Universities) with not less than 50% of the maximum marks to be eligible for admission to the M.Pharm. Courses.

Selection of applicants for admission to the M.Pharm. is done on the basis of marks scored in the Entrance Examination or Personal Interview.

A merit list is prepared based on applicants’ performance in the entrance examination and/or personal interview. Applicants whose name will be in the merit list are called for the admission process.

Candidates can apply for admission to Bihar College of Pharmacy, Patna only in the online mode. Once the form is submitted, candidates will have to wait for the notification of the release of the Admit card, date of entrance examination, declaration of result and merit list.

Here are the steps to apply:

Candidates will have to visit the official website of the college and click on “Apply Online”.
Read all the instructions and proceed as instructed.
Candidates have to fill up the form completely by entering their Personal details such as - Name, Gender, Date of Birth and Parent's Name.
Candidates have to mention their Address, Phone Number, City, state, and Pin code.
Candidates will have to select the Course they want to apply for and enter the details of his/her Academic Records.
Candidates are required to upload a recent passport size photograph and scanned signature.
Candidates must submit the application fee through Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking or through e-challan.
Click on “Submit” to submit the application form.
After complete submission of the application form along with the application fee, take a print out of the application form and fee receipt for future reference.

Bihar College of Pharmacy, Patna Admission 2024: Admission Process

Candidates whose name will appear in the merit list have to report to the admission cell of the college within the prescribed date.
All the successful candidates from and outside the state will be informed by post/email immediately.
Candidates will have to deposit their fees and get their documents verified within the prescribed dates and for securing admission.
Failure to report in time may lead to cancellation of selection.

GOOD INFRASTRUCTURE

Admission:

I applied to get a diploma in pharmacy after 12th grade. Admission will be based on the merit list of students who have scored in Class XII in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics. After selection, you just have to fill the admission form and submit some important documents to the college.

GOOD PHARMACY COLLEGE IN BIHAR

Admission:

After clearing my Intermediate with Science stream from CBSE Board, I completed B.Tech at Bihar College of Pharmacy. I was applied to Pharma. Fortunately, I achieved 80% in Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and Biology and was able to make the final selection of the Merit List published by the College Authority.
