Internships opportunities are given by the colleges to an extent but not to accomodate all the students. As our curriculum mandates 20 weeks of internship we should find most of the internships, we should only found out. Stipend depends upon the places you are getting in.most of the internships are unpaid In internships you are exposed to how the real world is working

Whole and sole review of M S Ramaiah College

Likes

Campus is mind blowing. Whole campus is memorizing
Each course have their own canteens and taste of food is good
The teaching staff and non teaching staffs are so so kind and helping hand

Dislikes

There will be one or the other construction sounds going on
We don't get network at majority places in the campus
They don't allow students to enter from which ever gate they want to

Internships Opportunities:

The college is tied up with many startup companies. But initially we have to pay certain amount to get into that internship but can gain too much of knowledge from that start up companies. And the timings of the internship clashes with the college timings. But the attendance is provided to the students

I liked the fact that there are many clubs and committees which is very important for students to excel in the world outside the college
We have many fests and cultural activities which is like a happiness in this hectic syllabus
The classroom and the faculty is very good for the students to study

Dislikes

The traffic in this area is very much and it will make us delay to reach the college
The canteen food is okok not too good nor too bad

I person Liked the campus atmosphere and also the infrastructure is very good for students to study
There are many clubs and committees for studeto get real life experience of the world outside the campus
There are many event and fest conducted and also campus is located in a very good place

Dislikes

Campus is located in a busy area where there is traffi Always and it is tuff for students to reach college on time
The infrastructure is not very much modern it could be made much better
There is no seperate period for sports and we have clases on Saturday

Internship opportunities is provided by the college itself in which the college mail us the opportunity which iw out from the organisation and they guide us to apply and join internships according to the kslu board every student must have completed 20weeks of internship by the end of 5th semister and should have a internship certificate from a reputed organisation

The Lecturer's are well experienced and will make u understand by many activities in class
U will have many debates many effective discussion of students and teachers on a specific topic which will make a wider understanding of topic
Many celebrations happen in the campus it's like a relief from hectic syllabus

Dislikes

Uniform for the 1st years are delayed for a long time
Strict rules on attandance which is 75 percent mandatory

Good college with best faculties and placement opportunities.

Likes

The professors and their way of teaching.
The resource materials and the library is pretty good
The administration , the infrastructure and the cafeteria is well managed and there is a stationery as well with printouts, xerox and binding facilities. The quality of food is really good and its affordable.

Dislikes

There are less opportunities to take part in events and fests as compared to other colleges.
The mode of teaching can be more visual rather than only lectures.
There must be class tests or weekly tests on regular basis to prepare students for main examinations.

Internships Opportunities:

There are many companies which come for placement. And I am a first year student so not much clear with the placement criteria but with the advice and suggestions and reviews of my seniors we got to know that placement is pretty fine. Seniors have got really good placements with very well salary and good working environment and also their preferences were also taken care of.

An Overall Good College

Likes

The faculty is exceptional comprising practicing lawyers, advocates and highly qualified academicians
Equipped with modern facilities like centralised wifi, a well stocked library storing one of the original drafts of the Constitution of India and a computer lab
There are numerous societies and organizations including but not limited to the debate society, legal aid services society, moot court society, the organizing committee and a law and entrepreneurship society.

Dislikes

there's a larger emphasis on theoretical knowledge than real world experience with the professors engaging only in lecture based model of teaching.
The Placement and Internship Cell has improved i n the last year but it still has a long way to go
There is a lack of socializing opportunities for the students with majority of fests happening in the other departments but no the Law department. Its strictly focused on academics.

Internships Opportunities:

The internship opportunities provided by the college are limited. Most of the students have to look for internships out of campus on their own with North Indians, due to the obvious language barrier needing to relocate for the same.

Ramaiah College of Law, a nice college among private colleges

Likes

There is a great scope for building connections, which is really important when it comes to the field of law
The committes and societies here are actually pretty good and are very active in what they do
Most of the faculty here is really good at teaching, given that can be sometimes very strict

Dislikes

The college is yet to become autonomous (in the process currently), because of which the college has to follow a lot of unnecessary rules as well
The number of cultural events here is close to nothing to be honest
We are a semester behind currently compared to all the other colleges and there are no possibilities of improving that in the near future, which gives us a disadvantage when to comes to seniority in the field which is based on registration

Internships Opportunities:

The college has a placement and internship cell which provides us regular updates about available internship and placement opportunities and they are pretty helpful in all these matters. they conduct workshops from time to time in terms of what are the requirements related to minimum weeks of internships in these 5 years, compulsory internships, requirements related to it and even the format of CV gets shared to us in our first year itself
