KLE Law College is Lovely!!

Likes

KLE Society's pedigree with law college is quite old and therefore studies are invincible here.
CLAT is required to get admission at KLE Law College Bangalore.
Internships are among one of the most important thing for law students and out college helps in providing that to its students.

Dislikes

Uniform is compulsory at our college and all days of the week, we have to wear it no matter what.

Placement Experience:

It's the law firms like Wadia Gandhy, Dsk Legal, Trilegal and others. Some merchant bankers too are now a part of our placements thing and this is where it is getting interested as we are getting to explore new opportunities. Pay as of now is around 4-5 LPA but I hope it increases to atleast 10 by 2030.

Likes

Moot court and moot court competition's.
The well equiped library with both e material and books
The mentorshop is very good it takes care of students overall development

Dislikes

The campus is very small and strict rules.
Very poor bus facilities provided ti student
No or very less sports activities no ground

Placement Experience:

The placement is provided mostly to very good studenrs in the academics. Its mostly done in advocate offices and also a few law firms. The law firrms are not that big but good for gaining experience. The others with the internships done and academics can get Outcampus placemts as well

An honest review from a former KLE law college student.

Likes

The college has a great campus with a magnificent moot court hall, a big auditorium and beautiful classrooms. Cleaning happens twice a day, before classes and after classes which makes learning and teaching experience great.
They have transportation facility of their own and also the particular area comes under government bus routes, cabs and bike taxi like uber, ola, rapido etc are also available.
Great faculty with the best qualification , they are very amicable and are a strong support system for the students. They conduct moot courts, youth parliaments and other socio-cultural and academic events regularly.

Dislikes

There were some issues in covid pandemic which was purely because of the college's affiliation with KSLU but now it do not have any issues as it has become autonomous and is more dedicated to the welfare of the students.
The college can develop a ground for creating sports and health awareness for students as it is the need of the hour and will add a gem in the crown.
They should provide with more placement opportunities as it will increase the morale of the student.

Course Curriculum Overview:

1. First of all they follow the course curricullum of NLUs which explains itself that how effective the syllabus and the learning will be, I choose BA LLB as I felt it was the best and interesting course and I can cope up with it. 2. The curricullum is great as it interconnects with every aspects of the legal world and also helps in further pursuing PG courses. 3. There are no suggestions from my side as they already have a great faculty, library and teaching methods (traditional classroom learning and also modern electronic materials). 4. They have regular class tests, vivas, presentations and semester wise exams etc. which are conducive for students to be a great lawyer.

My college life

Likes

The environment is very good, there are very friendly and cooperative and help to resolve all the issue
The college has a good library and good staff who coperate with the students properly help students to resolve there problem
They have good cafeteria and they provide opportunity to students to enhance there knowledge it is the best college to do law

Dislikes

The think is that I didn't liked is that this college is affiliated with kslu and we don't get good marks for the thing what we write
They don't provide marks upto the mark and we fell helpless about the result
We get just passing marks it's 32 and it's very rare that we get 40 above

Placement Experience:

Placement opportunities is provided but not in a great number be don't get much opportunities to be placed by college so my plan is after my completion of course is to do my self and get involved in practise and also I will prepare for judiciary and give exam and get cleared

Remarks:

Faculty, Resources, Friendly and Peaceful Campus no matter it's small and Youth Faculty superb quality teaching, full Facilities available in campus except On campus Hostels, Different courses for all.
