Jalpaiguri law college is the best law college in West Bengal

Placement Experience:

7rd semester students become eligible for campus placements.All districts bar council are appointed to the students.Minimum 60000 highest and 30000 lowest package as per companies.Minimim 80 percent marks student getting placement

One of the affordable college which you can find in North Bengal, India

Likes

The faculty are very friendly and helpful. They provide notes and suggestions
We have our youth parliament and there happens moot court competitions and debate competition. So students can engage into extra curricular activities

Dislikes

We have less infrastructure facilities. The class are not digital
We do not have any campus, it's a small college building without any playground and campus

Internships Opportunities:

Firstly our college do not provide any in campus placement or internships. We have to do it by ourselves. We do have to do internship under advocate or any other organisations from 7th semester to 10th semester. And we gets cgpa for that.

Placement Experience:

This being a law firm you need to choose your own path after your completions. We are given a tour of High Courts or if possible SC. but no placement as such is given. You can opt for Master degree or some competitive exams or Practice in court.

Placement Experience:

Placements and job opportunities are decent. They are not directly providing those to the students but you can easily obtain them after your graduation from here. The same goes for the internships as well.

Honours law degree at Jalpaiguri!

Placement Experience:

There are really good placements and job opportunities after coming out of the honours course. It is more exclusive so there is more demand for the students coming out of the college with the honors course. Same with the internships.

GOOD FACULTY

Placement Experience:

The college provides with outstanding legal education to the students. They prepare students by organizing various lectures by professionals and also help them enhance their skills. However, there are no jobs and internships, but the students can find employment in different law firms.

Best Place for LLB

Placement Experience:

College is good interm of placements. All my seniors today are working in good organisations and some of them had been practicing in High Courts and respectable Supreme Court as well, even I also have plans to work post completing my course from here.
