Asian School of Cyber Laws was established in the year 1999 and has assisted the Government of India in framing draft rules and regulations under the Information Technology Act. Institute has assisted the Indian Army, various branches of the Indian police and the Central Bureau of Investigation in matters relating to cyber investigation.

The institute provides seven different distance learning online certification and diploma courses such as- Certificate in cybercrime and Cyber law, Diploma in Cyber law, Advanced program in cyber law, Program in fintech law, Internet investigation specialist, Intellectual property law specialist, and Digital evidence specialist.

Admission to all these programs (except for Certificate in Cybercrime and Cyber Law) is granted on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the online entrance exam in which the candidates must secure a minimum of 70% marks.

To apply for admission to any of the courses offered by ASCL, the candidates must visit the official website of the institution and fill in the online application form available.
