Minimum qualification for admission to Diploma Courses in Food Production and Food & Beverage Service

is a clear pass in the final examination of 10+2 system of Senior Secondary Examination or its equivalent, with English. Those appearing in 10+2 or equivalent examination in the year 2025 can also apply on provisional basis. Provisional admission will stand cancelled , if proof of having passed the qualifying examination ( 10+2 or its equivalent) is not submitted at the time of admission or latest by 31.10.25. Admission will be subject to verification of facts from the original certificates / documents to be produced by the candidates. Decision of the institute regarding the eligibility shall be final. Even after admission to the Institute if an applicant is at a later date found ineligible on account of supplying false information of false testimonials or for having suppressed any material information, his / her admission will be cancelled and the fee paid will also be forfeited.

IHM offers a 1.5 Years of Diploma program in Food Production and Food & Beverage Services on a full time basis. Students who are 10+2 qualified can apply. English must be one of the main subjects.

Admission to the course will be based on the marks secured in the qualifying examination.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidate should have passed in 12th/Intermediate or its equivalent from any recognized board/university with English.

Selection Criteria

• Selection of the candidate will be done on the basis of merit
• Considering the marks scored in 10+2 level of education, students will be selected and intinated regarding their selected status. 
• Reservation is available for Haryana domicile only.
