Placement eligibility usually starts in the final year, but there are limited opportunities. Some IT and outsourcing companies visit, but they offer low salary packages. The average package offered is not very high about 3-4 LPA and only a small percentage of students get placed. Many students prefer to pursue an MCA or learn additional skills like web development, data science or cyber security to improve their job prospects. After completing my BCA, I plan to gain experience in IT related jobs improve my technical skills and possibly pursue higher studies like MCA. I might also explore freelancing or certification to increase job opportunities. Since I already have customer service and telecalling experience, I may also consider IT support roles before moving into core technical jobs. Building skills and networking will be important for getting a good job after graduation.

From 6th semester students became eligible for campus placement. Companies like TCS Wipro Accenture cognigent etc visits the college for campus placement. Highest package is about 15 lpa and the average package is about 3 lpa .

For placement students become eleigtafyer the last year or the graduation year of the college as for internship it is available after 1 year. You are given job at companies like TCS , WIPRO HELINAGE etc. With an average package of 8-10 lakhs per year. 70-80% of the students are placed at such companies. As for me I will go a different path and thinking of starting my own startup.

from the 5th semester, the students are eligible for campus placements. students are placed in companies like PATEL G PVT ltd, Wipro, TCS, etc. students are highly offered a salary of 15 thousand CTC. approx 30% of the students are placed well, rest are doing higher studies.

The college is a great place to be at. The most special aspect of the college is its placement and the personality development training and guidance provided to students. The students get much motivated and learn more.

The entrance to the college depends on the counselling provided by the college. Thought the college is private, it has exceptional placements and a great campus too.

The entrance procedure of IHRM campus is quite easy. You are required to score 50 percent minimum marks in your class 10+2 to qualify for the admission procedure. There is no additional exam.

There is a balanced industry exposure as well as focus on academics. The faculty is quite master in their subjects and are always ready to offer help to the students. The teaching of the college is mainly focused to suit the requirements of the industry.

The entrance procedure for IHRM takes place through a counselling by the college management. The student can be from any discipline of graduation ans requires to fill the application form.

There is minimum eligibility criteria that one needs to qualify for admission to the BCA course of our college. There is an independent exam of the university. The admission is based on the merit of that exam.
