IIMT College of Hotel Management & Catering Technology (IIHMCHMCT) is the Hotel Management department of the IIMT Group of Colleges based in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. The Institute was established in 2004 by its parent group.

IIMT College offers a Bachelor’s degree program in Hotel Management and Catering Technology (BHMCT) under APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. It also has the approval of the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) to run the BHMCT program. The current intake for the program is 120 seats per year.

Candidates are required to apply through the respective CET portal for BHMCT admissions.
Only online mode of application and fee payment is allowed.
UPSEE application fee for Open Category candidates is INR 1200
Candidates must pass 10+2 from a recognized board with minimum 50% marks.
Candidates must have studied English at 10+2 level.
Candidates are selected on the basis of marks obtained in UPSEE.
Attending the UPSEE counselling for the relevant course is mandatory for admission purpose.
Seats are reserved for candidates belonging to reserved categories as per norms set by the Government of Uttar Pradesh.

IIMT College of Hotel Management & Catering Technology – UG Admissions 2023

Meerut based Hotel Management College of the IIMT Group of Colleges offers a Bachelor’s degree to eligible candidates in the field of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (BHMCT). The basic eligibility criteria for admission to this program is a pass in 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized board with minimum 50% marks. Candidates who have applied for the program are selected on the basis of marks obtained in the State Entrance Exam (SEE) conducted by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University.

Aspiring candidates can apply though UPSEE counselling after appearing for the entrance exam. Only online mode of application and fee payment is allowed by the Board. Candidates appearing for the counselling session must choose IIMT College of Hotel Management & Catering Technology as the preferred choice of institute.

IIMT Detailed Application Process

Admissions to IIMT College of Hotel Management & Catering Technology is only through UPSEE conducted by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow. Candidates who have scored qualifying marks in the entrance exam are required to appear for the state level counselling where seats are allotted according to merit.

The process of application for UPSEE is as follows:

Application to the UPSEE can be made Online only. Candidates are required to fill the Application Form Online through the website upsee.nic.in, filling all the requisite particulars.
On-Line application form through the website upsee.nic.in can be submitted from 18^th January (11:00 AM) to 28th February (05:00PM).
The candidate must read the Information Brochure carefully, check his/her eligibility and applicable reservation category etc. before filling and submitting the application form.
Application fee payment must be done online via credit/ debit card or net-banking. No other mode of payment is allowed.
All candidates must appear for the state level entrance exam (UPSEE) and should secure the minimum qualifying percentile in order to be eligible for counselling and seat allotment.
Candidates should keep the printout of the Confirmation page for record. Candidates are also advised to note down the Application Form Number for any future correspondences.
Candidates must use college code 185 at the time of counselling for admission to IIMT Hotel Management College.

Admission:

I got Addmission by the counselor situated in my Bokaro steel city. They reviewed the college and have a chat with Persuing student in the college and then I visited college took direct admission by merit list. the college is very good infrastructure and well planned and mannered way. I visited kitchen section of the college, the restaurant, the Bar, all the accessories are well maintained, the teachers and the pions are very friendly and helped a lot to settle in the college Environment specially.

Hotel Manegement

Admission:

I Got admission by merit list. the college is the Border of Delhi apox 60km away from Delhi. The Metro connection is in process that boost us also. The College is very good having Good and strict Environment as well as allow us to be free. I mean No Ragging in the college. The colly have their own library as well as Life line hospital that provide us security life insurance upto 1.5 lacks.its all good best ever I have seen. Especially the facilities are the dimonds you will not find another one.
