- Academics u will like definitely, and the affiliated hospital where u get the patient load more and u have more to learn ,,in hostel u also have the ac facilities
- Annual fest nirvana ,, u have so much to enjoy in college life ,, other sports events like vpl, there is lot to explore
- The mess facility, where u got plenty of food items and taste is also nice,, in mess u will also get the juice corner , pizza and burger point,,
Dislikes
- maybe u have problem in room sharing until final year we are sharing
- The campus doesn't have own playgrounds ,, the one they have are far from the campus
- No places for students like everywhere u find the patients roaming there
Internships Opportunities:
Internship is best here , as the patient load is too much in the hospital, we have the large central OPD , u get the rare cases also there ,
Stipend of internship is around 30k per month ,
Also have PHC under the hospital,, so in internship u have the best experience,, u will definitely learn new things

- The clinical exposure is great and the duty hours are also safer here
- The location is appropriate too , most places are accessible
- Non toxic environment and very helpful pgs and staff also .
Dislikes
- The pressure of studies is really something that can't be sometimes taken.
- There are very few college events here and we don't get much parties

Internship is offered after the final year of mbbs course is completed along with some stipend
It's done under the post graduates and senior residents. Gives a lot of clinical exposure required for the skills to develop more.

- It is affiliated with safdarjung hospital which has the biggest OPD in asia.
- Hostels are better compared to other medical colleges of delhi
- Infrastructure is better than other delhi medical colleges
Dislikes
- Campus is not that big as we dont havr a proper football ground
- It doesnt have a auditorium which is needed during fests
- Hostel is not alloted to everyone due to shortage of rooms

There are no external internships in MBBS . In mbbs u have to do 1 year of compulsory internship in the same college for which we are also given stipend each month. And as far as for vmmc it has the best exposure for internship

- Behaviour of faculty is too good they are very helpful to everyone their teaching methods doubt clear sessions everything is excellent
- The quality of the infrastructure including campur and hospital building is great
Dislikes
- There is nothing to dislike about faculty guards behaviour and receptionist too. The infrastructure of the campus is also well maintained
- There are no placement service provided to the students either private or contract basis.

There is internship opportunities available in our college for paramedical students in our hospital building we do our internship roles offered us as trainee
The staff of the laboratory gives us different projects to do and different outcomes to clarify the task as well

- The way of teaching is good..teachers teach very dedicatedly and clear all the doubts of the student. There are top professors
- Hospital patient load is guite high which is plus point in medical profession
- Extracurricular activities are promoted in undergraduate courses

- Academic is little lineant here..the students who need someone to tell them to study can't study here

At the end of the course we have 1 year internship. Stipend provided is 23000 per month. Since it's a medical colleges nothing of placements and all. For that we have neet pg and other exams. Quite rigorous internship is there. 24-36 hours duty can also be given

We get a stipend of about 27,000 per month
This is one of the maxima all over India.
During the internship, we have to perform duties that may sometimes exceed 24-hour shifts.

After doing four years of our MBBS, in the final year i.e fifth year, we get to do an internship in the attached Safdarjung Hospital. The stipend for the same is about Rs.27,000 per month.
There are night and day shifts and sometimes we have to work for 24-48 hrs straight.

First of all, let me tell U, we have SAFDARAJANG HOSPITAL associated with our college which means we get to have the experience of working in the LARGEST OPD in Asia. The patient load is tremendous that is daily 8-9k. So, after 4.5 years, our internship starts which pays monthly 26k, and it keeps on increasing every year (hope so).
Postgraduates also have ample opportunity to work here
Ug students can go into research programs that pay well.
Any hospital will pick u up if they come to know that u have completed your graduation or post-graduation or senior resident ship from Safdarjung hospital.

In spite of its lower ranking, why has VMMC been occupied first compared to KGMU?

VMMC attracts a major crowd of NEET toppers. It is the most chosen college after MAMC. There are several reasons why many people choose VMMC over KGMU.
Mandatory rural service is the biggest disadvantage of KGMU. Those planning for a PG/superspeciality especially find this service period unnecessary and time-consuming. Moreover, VMMC is located in Delhi. This makes it more favorable. Though I personally feel Lucknow offers almost every facility. Internal PG reservation also works in the favor of VMMC.
KGMU is ranked much higher than VMMC. The education at KGMU is much better too. Despite this, VMMC is preferred because of the above reasons.
