We are provided with the best staffimg pattern.There are teaching staffs eho are doctors and non medicals.All departments are headed by concerned HODs.They are so supportive and good to us We have a strict academics and curriculum. Internal assessments are held ever month A total of 3 internal exam and one model exams are conducted.At last umiversity exam Exams and eligibility are strictly based on university rules. One of the important criteria for university exam is 80%attendance and 40% in the average of intetnal examinations.This is a must.

For every department there is an MDS qualified HOD who is well capable of maintaining the decorum of the course and syllabus. And below these HODs we have readers junior lecturer and senior lectures.There will be also some internship students along with these staff who are dedicated to their work

With all the teachers and professors in our department being the most experienced doctors and researchers in their field, our college is blessed to have such intelligent teachers who wish to impart knowledge to us students. Having a good faculty has impact on the way the students grasp the concept and learn, therefore our college students do not leave any doubts in their minds and freely approach the faculty.

There are very few good teachers. There are some teachers with very bad behaviour and some of them will not allow students to write university exam. This will lead to year back. Many teaches and management distrory many students valuable time.
