In an internship, there are morning night, and evening duties and the students work in CMC hospital and are also paid for that around 5000 per month. They would get the opportunity to learn the skill and get paid also.
The college helps students get jobs in this hospital or other hospitals. Everyone gets a job and the college also writes recommendations for students. There is compulsory internships for students to undertake in the hospital to gain experience.
There is no system of placements in medicine and there is no lack of job opportunities. One can apply to work anywhere in India and abroad. To work abroad one has to pass the licensing exam of the particular country where one intends to work in. The internship was compulsory and rotated between various departments for one year.
College's placement cell is quite good, based on students adademics internships are generally provided. Most of the students are recruited by our own college and other hospitals, beside this college nurtures students so good in knowledge that they easily get their desired PG course. Average package is about 6-7 lakhs per annum.
As it is a medical college, it only hires the students after the graduation. It also invites some hospitals to recruit the students. It offers a good salary to the students. The students can also look for jobs on their own.
Opportunities for placements are very sky scraping for students. Our college also provides internships in different departments like Neurology, Paediatrics, Surgeries. Placements and job opportunities both depends on students's academic performance.
Placement is very good most of the students get placement while doing internship. Mostly students go for MD or MS course after completing MBBS and some students are working Provate Hospital with minimum annual salary of 6 lacks.
The areas of job opportunities for MBBS students include organ transplant, general surgery, cardiology, neurology, endocrine etc. Top companies that came to our college were majorly hospitals, pharmaceuticals like Apollo Interprise Limited, Sipla Limited, Fortis Health Care Limited, Medanta Hospitals, Lelawati Hospital and Research Centers etc. The average salary which was offered was around 7 to 8 lakh per annum internships in hospitals and medical research centers were also offered to the students.
Yes, this is great, as many of our alumni choose to do research at prestigious colleges and open various clinics around the world, most of whom are usually missionary doctors in India and Africa. The college helped a lot of students to get placed in a good comapany.
The college provided great opportunities for the students. There was nothing to worry by the students since the college was a medical institute as well. The jobs were available in the college only or recruiters used to come from other hospitals.
