ACDS Placement 2025: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

Graduates from the college often enter private practice, join the Armed Forces, or serve in government positions. The college recruits M.D.S and B.D.S staff as needed. While traditional placements like those for engineers are not applicable, graduates have the opportunity to open their own clinics or pursue further studies, such as an MBA or hospital management. Post-graduation, dentists can expect a stipend of around 50,000-60,000 INR monthly, although stipends during the mandatory one-year internship are not provided as the college is run by the Army Welfare Society.

The internship offers significant clinical exposure but does not include a stipend. Students have reported advantages in gaining employment post-graduation, with starting salaries for positions like junior lecturer around 15,000 INR, excluding hostel and mess charges. The college also organizes monthly tests for NEET PG exam preparation.
