The fee structure is also good and there is scholarship support to the clg there is a different policy and the cost of the study is also good and they do financial assistance to ward the student's campus has good.
Best of environment and peaceful location surrounded with green environment and lake view more over we have good sports and games every day . as clg canteen is good and reasonable prices. clean environment and good look
In iare the the interaction with teachers is very good we can interact with teacher whenever we want faculty is good and the learning experience in iare is very good faculty is good experienced and have great teaching qualities

Dislikes

Sports events are held well but the ground is drowned in water.
Some of the faculty are good but many faculty are bad in communication
I am very bored of hostel because hostel in our hostel we don't get only

Likes

Safe environment is provided by the college and the friendly faculty and helpful seniors.
Nice Placement assistance provided by the college.
Many interactive sessions from industry professionals and collaborate with many institutes and conduct hackathons.

Dislikes

College becomes flooded when it rains heavily.
No permission to leave college till 3 pm.

Placement Experience:

From semester 4 students become eligible for placement assistance and in 6th semester they can attend campus placements.Various companies such as Microsoft, JP Morgan, Cognizant,LTI Mind Tree etc. Highest package is 660000 and 90 percent of students are getting placed.

All About IARE College

Likes

Things that I liked in this college is the faculty and the way they teach is very good. They teach us very well with lot of patience. They guide us in a good path.
They way they encourage extracurricular activates as much as they encourage studies
The overall campus placements are also very good

Dislikes

The campus gets flooded if it is rainy season
Events that happen are very less when compared to other colleges
They give us heavy work at the ending of the semester

Placement Experience:

The campus placements of the college are very well . Every student studing here will leave the college with a job of a decent package . We are elligible for campus placements for jobs from 6th semester and when it comes to internships they allow us to get them from 4th semester itself . companies like microsoft , lumen , accenture , cognizent , juspay , Jp morgan , zscaler , amadeus will come to your college .I plan to do the job after getting the degree

Likes

The faculties are quite goood here they are well experienced .
You can build better network here . And the social interactions are good
This college provides better placement training and internship offers

Dislikes

The campus is quite small it becomes difficult to manage sometimes
there is no proper exam scheduling by the management
during rainy season the college becomes messy

From 4th semester the student become eligible for the campus placement based on the skills you have . various companies visit the college for third years companies like JP morgan, Amazon, microsoft, lumen , L&T , Dell, capgemini, . there are nearly 80% students who are placed in our campus. My plan after degree is to get a good degree.

A Great Academic Experience at IARE.

Likes

The academic support and the faculty mentorship.
Good Infrastructure and the Digital Resources.
Placement and Training and the industry Exposure.

Dislikes

High Students intake into the campus in specific branches.
No Hostel in the college campus and improvements.
no play area infrastructure in the campus.

Placement Experience:

It will starts from the 6th semester in 3rd year. more product based and servicee based companies will visit. to get into placement cell we need to hane minimum of 60 percentage in th academics and with no active backlogs.

The things I like in my college are the the infrastructure the placements and the library which is very spacious and also the faculty are very friendly
Classrooms contain telivision which is very useful in classroom teaching
The indoor sports complex and gym which is very good and useful for students

Dislikes

There is no playground to play outdoor games
The college management doesn't allow the students of they are late just by 1 minute also they have to wait outside the gate for 1hour
There is less space in the campus where we don't even have place to sit in the lunch break and the canteen is always crowded

Placement Experience:

The campus placements of our college are pretty good many companies visit our campus Students are eligible for campus placements from 6th semester the highest package of lastyear was 51 lpa of Microsoft

Best things I liked about IARE is even the college area is small it will have good infrastructure.
Another best thing I like is there will be many technical and non technical events which helps to improve our skills
The course curriculum and teaching is very good at iare.

Dislikes

The worst thing in IARE is there is no proper ground facility in the college
As college is in the lake it will very worst in time of rainy season college will be full of water
Even there no hstl facility near the college. The college hstl will be around 4km away from the clg

Placement Experience:

Placements at IARE are average not up to the marks. At IARE from the 5 th sem it self many of the students get placed at the college . There will be a seperate section for placement and training at our college. Called PAT students above 7.5 gpa and no active backlog are eligible for this pat .the percentage of students getting placed at IARE every year is 60%

Likes

Fests and other celebrations . Outsiders are allowed for them and we can invite our friends from other colleges
Faculty are supportive and well qualified
Course structure which is very advanced with current and future technologies

Dislikes

Infrastructure is poor with very ordinary classrooms and labs
Placements are down from last 2-3 years which doesn't guarantee the job
Marks are controlled on the way of interaction between the student and HOD. Not on the performance

Placement Experience:

Placements are below average . Very less internship oppurtunities. Highest packag is 42LPA least is 1.6LPA. Average is about 6LPA. 60% students get placed and 20% students get internships. All the big MNC's visit our college for placements

Do best in clg every thing is gng to perfect later

Social interaction with students will be done year by the principal
Faculty are to good with students and help as to feel home
Good infrastructure and much more facilities, easy and cosy availability of work and things

Dislikes

Less interaction with seniors, lab faculty and timings
More strict with dress and make students to stand out
Being late gives punishment to students not allowing into campus for 1 hr

Placement Experience:

From 5 th sem students are eligible for placements traing , we have to pay 15k to join the program, students with no active backlogs are eligible to placements . Microsoft, amazon , tata advance, lumen, amndus , congizant many other mncs have visited clg , now the highest package is 51 lpa and average lpa range from 4 to 5 lpa , mostly 45% of the students easily get places in placement and they try there best to place many students. After getting degree I would like to do my masters

IARE COLLEGE

Good infrastructure . IARE has three blocks and a new block was built recently .
Dedicated research lab where all the latest innovations and technologies are being incubated.
Dedicate parking space for two-wheelers and four-wheelers

Dislikes

There is a playground but it is generally filled with water
During rainy season the college becomes difficult to manage
Sometimes it is difficulit to get permissions from HOD
