Ques. What is the placement training process at IARE?

Ans. The Placement and Training (PAT) Cell at IARE begins training students from the 5th semester onwards. The training process includes mock interviews, interpersonal skills, soft skills enhancement, industry interaction sessions, and aptitude and technical skills development. Students become eligible for campus placement from the starting of the 6th semester.

Placement Experience:

From semester 4 students become eligible for placement assistance and in 6th semester they can attend campus placements.Various companies such as Microsoft, JP Morgan, Cognizant,LTI Mind Tree etc. Highest package is 660000 and 90 percent of students are getting placed.

Placements at IARE are average not up to the marks. At IARE from the 5 th sem it self many of the students get placed at the college . There will be a seperate section for placement and training at our college. Called PAT students above 7.5 gpa and no active backlog are eligible for this pat .the percentage of students getting placed at IARE every year is 60%

Placements are below average . Very less internship oppurtunities. Highest packag is 42LPA least is 1.6LPA. Average is about 6LPA. 60% students get placed and 20% students get internships. All the big MNC's visit our college for placements

From 5 th sem students are eligible for placements traing , we have to pay 15k to join the program, students with no active backlogs are eligible to placements . Microsoft, amazon , tata advance, lumen, amndus , congizant many other mncs have visited clg , now the highest package is 51 lpa and average lpa range from 4 to 5 lpa , mostly 45% of the students easily get places in placement and they try there best to place many students. After getting degree I would like to do my masters
