Ans. The Placement and Training (PAT) Cell at IARE begins training students from the 5th semester onwards. The training process includes mock interviews, interpersonal skills, soft skills enhancement, industry interaction sessions, and aptitude and technical skills development. It will starts from the 6th semester in 3rd year. more product based and servicee based companies will visit. to get into placement cell we need to hane minimum of 60 percentage in th academics and with no active backlogs.

Placements at IARE are average not up to the marks. At IARE from the 5 th sem it self many of the students get placed at the college . There will be a seperate section for placement and training at our college.
