Birpara College, established in 1986, is a government aided degree college located in Alipurduar, West Bengal. The college offers Undergraduate courses in the field of Arts and Commerce. Candidates applying for the B.A. and B.Com. General courses should who have passed their Higher Secondary Examination (Class 12th) from a recognized board with at least four compulsory subjects including English and minimum aggregate marks of 55%. (5% relaxation for SC/ST candidates)
Admissions are done on the basis of merit in the Class 12th or any equivalent examination. A series of merit lists are generated for the candidates according to their marks. After the publication of the merit lists, shortlisted candidates need to attend an online counselling and confirm their seats. Verification of documents is done on a later date at the time of joining.

Birpara College Application Process 2024
- Candidates can apply for all the courses through the online admission portal provided in the college website.
- After reading all the instructions, a candidate needs to fill in all the required details and submit the form.
- An application fee varies from course to course and also depends on the combination chosen by the candidate. It can be paid online through Credit/Debit card or Net Banking option.
- Finally, a confirmation along with the filled-in application form is generated. Candidates need to take a printout of this form for future purposes.

Birpara College Reservation Criteria
- The reservation criteria are according to the rules of NBU.
