The Institute's flagship 18-month program provides students with immersive experiential training at our training center in Pune, Maharashtra. During this course of this program, students will acquire the competencies and knowledge required to succeed in their chosen field.

The VET by EHL Professional Diploma is structured into three sequential certificate levels — Foundation, Intermediate, and Advanced — each building on the previous one to culminate in a Professional Diploma. The three programs offered include — the Swiss International Culinary Professional Diploma, the Swiss International Food & Beverage Service Professional Diploma, and the Swiss International Rooms Professional Diploma.

The program will take place for the first six months at AISSMS College of Hotel Management and Catering Technology and for the next year, the students will get the opportunity to pursue their on-the-job training at The Taj Mahal Palace or Taj Lands End in Mumbai.
