The highly developed, pollution-free, and modernized campus of DIT is located on a huge area of land and has a healthy and pleasant ambiance away from the chaos of the city, necessary for the overall growth of students. The college is also near BBMK University and is surrounded by greenery and the captivating beauty of nature. In addition, regular collaboration between teachers and management has made the classroom environment truly conducive. Following are some of the key amenities the institution has for all its stakeholders.

Classrooms: The college has built spacious, well-ventilated, and smart classrooms to efficiently conduct lectures daily. Each lecture hall is well-resourced with Projectors, comfortable seating arrangements, green boards, enough lighting, etc. This ambiance in return allows faculty to deliver subject concepts using PPT, PDF, and animated videos. 

Sports: DIT has recognized the fact that a healthy body and sharp mind are necessary for students' personal and professional growth, hence playgrounds with different courts have been developed for students to play sports like Cricket, Basketball, Volleyball, and Badminton. Enough indoor arrangements have been made to make sure upcoming Graduates can enjoy games such as Carrom, Table Tennis, Chess, etc.

Computer Center: A full-fledged, and technology-enabled Computer Center also exists on the campus of DIT and it has been built to allow students to do research online, complete assignments and projects, and be digitally proficient. This space is used by both teachers and students. 

Library: To enhance everyone’s subject knowledge with additional learning sources, and inculcate much-needed reading habits in youths, a leading-edge, and commodious Library has been established on campus. This space hosts an extensively rich collection of textbooks, technical journals, periodicals, and reference material for advanced research and development work. 

Hostels: For allowing students to comfortably pursue their dreams, DIT offers a homely environment to both girls and boys, in the form of accommodation facilities. These hostels are well-equipped with 24*7 water and electricity supply, a gym, clean, well-ventilated, and spacious rooms, and recreational room. Security of students is further ensured by CCTV cameras which are installed all over the campus. 

Canteen: A multi-cuisine and aesthetic canteen has been developed by the DIT on its campus to provide fresh, and delicious food items, and snacks, to both students and staff members at an affordable price. Students also come here to rejuvenate themselves and to have informal chit-chat with their classmates and seniors.

Laboratories: The college premises have avant-garde laboratories to ensure easy carry out of practical experiments. Highly skilled technicians are there to help students at each step. This facility is available in every department including departments of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Mining Engineering, EV-Tech, Fire & Safety and BioTech. 

Security and Parking: After education, the security of students, teaching, and non-teaching staff is a top priority of the Dhanbad Institute of Technology. Hence the whole campus is equipped with CCTV cameras to monitor daily activities and the movement of people. Apart from this, well-furnished parking spaces are developed for both students and teachers to park their 2-wheelers and 4-wheelers.

Transport: A transport facility is available too in the college campus for the easy pickup and drop off of students and staff members from nearby locations.
