Mar Gregorios College of Law in my POV

Likes

The infrastructure is very good. The classrooms are big enough and has great ventilation.
The campus is eco friendly. Has trees and plants that gives an ambiance.
The library is very informative. It has a huge collection of law books.

Dislikes

There are few faculty members which are not that good in the teaching side. Yes they know a lot of information and when we personally approch them they're good but classes are not too understandable.
The academics are very tough for an average student. We have to work extra extra hard to pass the semesters.
The university marking systems is very bad. They dosent provide full marks for any written answers. They claim that there exists better answer so nobody deserves a perfect score which is not very student friendly in my opinion.

Admission:

Basically I got this college in allotment basis. It was not my first choice. But it's not the worst college. Apart from the academics being too tough, the college is actually not so bad. But the academics is usually this tough in the law courses everywhere so that's reasonable too. I did get rejections because I didn't have enough marks in the entrance exams. If you have 500 and above on the KLEE entrance you'll get to the government colleges which was in fact my first option.

Likes

The teaching system was good. They helped the students to study.
The faculty's expertise, teaching methods and mentorship quality was great.
The ambience of the college was student friendly.

Dislikes

The college management was more strict compared to other colleges.
Exam timing are not accurate. It is because college comes under Kerala University.
They give more importance to studies only.

Admission:

I opted this college because of my friends. They suggested me this college. And when I enquired this college was the best for academic performance. If you want to study properly and your main aim is studies this college is perfect. I was rejected from Law Academy because I didn't get enough marks in plus two.

A few years in my college life.

Likes

One of the best for learning and understanding, good for character development and best support for studies.
Good furniture and infrastructure of the buildings and class room materials. Great library with both physical and virtual availability.

Dislikes

Lacking in sports and arts area, even though not a arts college still need to concentrate on students mental health through gibing them more opportunities and chance to enjoy there young ages.
Small campus to get some fresh air and might be a little to too much crowded at times

Admission:

The students have to attempt the KLEET entrance examination for the students to be allotted for the college and take a merit seat, The toughness of the exam is hard yet not too hard. The student needs a high general knowledge about what happening to gain an advantage over the others.

Likes

Best Faculties and Lecturers in such a Law College.
Makes sure the student attends the classes.
Good placement opportunities if you are willing to go for it.

Dislikes

May not be ideal for people who needs more freedom and to experience a cinematic college lifestyle.
Feels like a CBSE school even though it provides good education
Less focus on sports.No football ground.The Basketball Court is not well maintained.

Admission:

The admin process adhered to what was fixed by the govt. The cutoff is generally around 150 marks. The Klee (Kerala Legal Entrance Examination) will be written for admission to govt seats. Only around 5000 students write the exam so the difficulty level is medium. Anyone could crack it, considering people preparing for neet, jee, etc for years. Prepare for the legal exam in three weeks and all. set to go! But you could go for the management seats with no haste, spend a bit more lakhs and all set, no tension! Corporate companies or law firms without any extracurricular activities or unnecessary refreshments in college.

The cleanliness of college campus.mar gregorius collage of law is always ensure better and beautiful garden and clean classes and surroundings
The faculty members of our collage is highly educated and talented. They always and purely teaching us in a nice way.some teacher sre like friends they always motivate to gain our academic marks

Dislikes

Mar gregorius collage is not ensuring programs and cultural programs. Not encouraging arts or sports. Always want to study all the time

Admission:

Eligibility of the course is pass higher secondary education. And also klee entrance examination. We can find application form in academic office. There is a reservation for sc st categories. Admission process is very easy

Likes

Our college have number of faculty for our advice
There teaching was marvellous and gouve us guidline.
Library have lots of law and other books which are beneficial for us and no need to go for outside library..

Dislikes

In our college till now most of the things facilities are enough for us
Nothing in our college need to improve till now
May be later many things or such things need to be improve.

Admission:

For 5 year llb course we need to pass the entrance exam with 2200 rank to get the college. after writing the exam we need to apply for the college according to the course availability and their will be a application fees
