Sir M V School of Architecture is a well-known private institute located in the Indian city of Bangalore. Smart Classrooms: The Sir M V School of Architecture has fully furnished, well-ventilated, and spacious lecture halls on its campus. Library: An independent, highly-developed, and modernized Library and Information Centre is situated in the college on an area of 1700 Sq.m of land. The library hosts an extensively rich collection of 64,897 volumes of books and 1237 bound volumes of periodicals. The center has also subscribed to E-Journals through VTU Consortium and is is member of E-Consortium, NDL, Swayam, and NPTEL due to which individuals can access the plethora of resources to enhance their reading skills and take help during research and project work.
Sports: To keep students physically fit and mentally healthy, enough arrangements have been made on the college campus. Along with a Cricket and Football field, there are courts for Volleyball and Basketball. Further, there is an Indoor stadium with a badminton court and dedicated spaces for games like Table Tennis, and Carrom.
Canteen: The facility aims at providing both South Indian and North Indian dishes to students and staff members at a reasonable rate. It remains open on all working days and is supervised by a committee consisting of staff, students, and trustees.
Hostels: To offer a home-like environment to students way from their homes, separate accommodations facilities are offered by the Sir M V School of Architecture to both boys and girls. There are 4 Men’s Hostels and 2 Ladies’ Hostels. These accommodations have an intake capacity of around 640 boys and 300 girls respectively. Warden and Resident Wardens manage the daily of hostels, while the Hostel Committee takes care of policy decisions. Accommodation is offered on a twin-sharing basis, and rooms are equipped with basic furniture like a cot, study table, chairs, while students have to bring bedrolls, and linen, etc. Strict measures are taken to ensure the safety and security of students.
ATM Facility: The college has an HDFC bank ATM facility on its premises for providing banking facilities to the Students and Staff members.
