The General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) program at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Institute of Nursing, Bangalore, is a three-year diploma course affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and approved by the Indian Nursing Council. Candidates must have completed 10+2 in any stream with at least 40% marks.
The minimum age for admission is 17 years, and the maximum is 35 years. The institute offers 75 seats annually, with 7 allocated through merit-based online counseling by the Karnataka Examination Authority, while the remaining 68 are managed by the institute.
