Yes. According to AICTE/UGC guidelines, you can ask for a refund anytime before the commencement of the classes. An amount that is equal to INR 1,000/- or 10% of the fees paid (whichever is lower) will be deducted as a processing fee.

What is the difference between Smart CAP and Shield CAP?

However, in the case of Shield CAP, the student needs to pay only 5,000 along with the college fee, as the fees for Sunstones edge at the time of enrollment. Once you get placed, you pay a multiplier of your gross monthly salary to repay the balance amount with Sunstone.
