We used to have freshers and farewell along with rongmon that is the biggest festival. We used to have available book for all the subjects in our library We used to have protector in our classroom We used to have annual sports in the month of December.

Annual fest name is RONGMON which is given by one of best ex faculty of this college Uddhav sir who is currently posted as principal of Ajmal Pharmaceutical college,Hojai. There are annual sports week also where different games competition are there . Medals are distributed along with certificates. We do cultural rally or street drama also during fest.

Hostel facility is very much good in GCU hostel or GIPS Hostel in Tezpur campus. Good bedroom, light and fan facility in every room Water facilities and food facilities are available And good birthroom and toilet are clean everyday Addmission in hostel shoud be under management staff of the institution
