From semester 3 onwards , students become eligible for placements. The college will provide you with placement opportunities and you can choose from there according to your criteria. Companies like TCS, Deloitte also offers placements. The highest package is 16 LPA and the average package is 4-5 LPA. You should maintain an SGPA of 6 to qualify for placements and should clear all the semesters without having backlogs.

The placement cell is also better in this college than other colleges. Sudents become eligible to sit in the placement cell in their 3rd year of their course. Various companies like Loreal, TCS, etc vists this college during placements. Highest package I have seen in this college is 6.5 LPA on the basis of this course. The average package is expected to be 4 LPA.

So this college offers you great placements like a job in Amazon or Nestle, Wipro, Cognizant, and many such multinational companies. An average student can get a job with an average salary package of 10 LPA.
The students are provided summer internship programs from semester 4 itself but paid placement packages are provided to semester 6 students. Companies like Deloitte, Genpact, Wipro, TCS, Amazon, Godrej, Axis Bank, and many other companies take in students via the placement cell with packages ranging at an average of 300000 per annum. The majority of the students get placements via the placement cells but as the majority of the students opt for higher studies so the percentage of students getting placement is around 40%. I am currently working at Amazon as a virtual customer service associate for a contractual period as I aim to focus on MBA studies as I am preparing for it sideways besides working.
After the 2nd year, students get eligible for placements. Many companies visit our campus for palcement like DELOITTE USI, CAPGEMINI, British telecom, CTS, etc. 60-70% of students get placed. The average package is around 3-3.5 lakhs. After completing my BCom I will go for MBA.
BCom(Hons.) is a 6 semester (3 years) course. Once you complete your fourth semester, you become eligible to sit for placement opportunities. You need to have a minimum of 70% attendance to appear before the placement committees at any given point in time. 4/10 students who appear for placements secure the same. Companies like Godrej, Tata, and others have made their footfall at Heritage College and have hired a number of people for their jobs. As Heritage College is a new institution, it is growing each day, and every other year, more and more companies visit to hire students from the campus.
From the 5th Semester, students will be eligible for campus placements. Till now we got three Campus Recruitments by Wipro, Amazon, and Capgemini. There are other placements too. One might consult the In-campus Career Counsellor for suitable jobs in the future. Moreover, the professors were always ready to help us giving the leads of other job placements as well.
Training and placement cell complements the efforts of the members of faculty by organizing value-added programs and providing career counseling and placement opportunities to students. It acts as the major interface with the corporate sector and helps develop the industry-academia interrelationship. The cell organizes certain orientation programs, grooming sessions, mock interview sessions for students of each stream. Moreover, the cell organizes various summer internship programs for students to provide them with hands-on experience, thus introducing them to the professional environment. The cell continuously coordinates with various industries and organizations for the placement of students. It actively obtains feedback from organizations and conveys it to respective departments which, in turn, trains students accordingly, thereby increasing their employability. At Heritage, an all-out effort is made to groom the students for enhanced employability.
