• Food Production lab

The kitchen is a spacious and well-equipped laboratory designed to provide training to students in food preparation. Students learn basic to advance level culinary skills in Indian and international cuisines. Kitchen Management, Hygiene & sanitation, menu planning & costing are all an integral part of becoming a world-class chef, which is taught here.

• Housekeeping Lab

The model guest room in the institute is named after the Hotel ‘Cocoon’. The students get to learn facilities, amenities and services provided at 5 star hotels. Beautification, maintenance & upkeep of the hotel premises is the key responsibility of this department.

• Front office lab (Reception)

The front office section trains students to interact with guests and provide hospitality services. They learn to operate hotel system software for MIS, budgeting, room rate fixation. Students learning to receive guests, offer services and prepare reports.

• Library

The Library is up to date with 300 plus books of national & international publications.

• Computer lab

Computer lab has 7th gen i5 processors installed with Windows 10 and MS office operating systems. It also has hotel management software to train the students in essential IT skills. Students can access high speed internet here.

• Cafeteria

A lively space with colorful chairs and wall graffiti for students for students to have a refreshing time during breaks.

• Hostel

The institute has hostel rooms in double, triple & quad occupancy. Students are served 3 scrumptious meals per day. The menus are carefully planned so as to provide a balanced diet and good variety. The premises have round-the-clock security outside and CCTV cameras for common areas inside.
