Kanyapur Polytechnic Asansol Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Students are elegible for campus placement from 5th sem third year. Companies visited like L&T, Shyamal steel,Sandvik asia,Tata steel,GKN , polymer and others. Highest package was 2.5 Lpa and average was 1.5 Lpa and company offered role as Diploma engineer Trainee. Placement percentage was less like 50% because of some students go for higher studies. I have done higher studies I was not interested in placement that time.

In most of the diploma colleges students in the 6th semester are eligible for campus placement. In Kanpur Polytechnic campus placement of the Mechanical department is quite better than in other departments. There is an average salary of 12000 rupees per month in campus placements. Some of the Students from the Electrical department can also get a chance to take placements. There are some famous companies such as Jindal, Thermal India, India Power, and Sakambari Group that visits Kanyapur Polytechnic for placement purpose. The highest package from the electrical engineering department is around 24000 rupees offered by West Bengal State Electricity Board in the year 2019. There 40 percent of students get placement jobs every year. I want to take admitted for further studies after this degree.

I have chooses this course because I love it. I am doing this work since when I am 11. The student's ratio in this college is about 990 women for 1000 men. The teachers of this college are too friendly. They are always happy to help. All you need to ask them for help with your study. There is 2 semester in a year and 2 internals. It's not hard to pass the exam it's the study you have read.

After the 5th sem the students getting their jobs from L and t , tata , aditya group , shyam sail , dsp , dvc. Highest package is 10 lacs lowest is 3-4 lacs . There are 55-60 percentage students getting their jobs from college . I plan doing my btech after this
