Government College of Arts Chandigarh Scholarship
The institute offers two scholarships to students pursuing various courses at the university. One is the Merit Scholarship and the other is Merit-cum-Means Scholarship. These scholarships are for 2nd, 3rd, and 4th-year students. No 1st-year student is eligible for the scholarship.
- Merit Scholarship: The merit scholarship is given to the top 5% of students who score more than 60% marks in the last qualifying examination. An amount of INR 65 is given to each student per month.
- Merit-cum-Means Scholarship: This scholarship is given to the top 10% of students of the class who score 60% marks in the last qualifying examination. Another condition for this scholarship is that the annual income of the parents of these students should not exceed INR 9000. Students are awarded INR 100 per month under this scholarship.
