the fess is like that 42000 per year. the PMS scholarship is distributed to the students only SC/BC students. yes, jobs are offered by the college but some students clear the semester exams. if they got RE in an exam they lose their job.

Overall fees are quite high because 40k per year in a government college is high may be. I don't apply for any scholarship yet. You need to buy books from outside the college and purchase all your study materials from outside. Overall 50k per year- 40k fees+ 10k study material.

The fee of the odd semester is 25k rupees and 15k rupees for the even semester (total 40k per year) various scholarships of central government and govt of Haryana are available to the eligible students. The college students were selected on the basis of their academic performance for the industrial training.
