THE UNTOLD STORY OF IQ CITY MEDICAL COLLEGE

Likes

The college has large well equipped laboratory
The lecture theatre are air conditioning and has projector

Dislikes

The hostel accomodation is not upto the mark

Admission:

I had chosen the college after reviewing from the students and patients who are associated with this college. The hospital serves more than 1000 patients a month . Treatment includes high tech machineries and highly skilled doctors. The academic activities are good and also application based. Admission is given depending upon the marks in neet exam, caste and quota etc.

anatomy teacher is best in this college
5 cadaver for 1batch = 200student and 200 student is divided by 5 group
physiology lab is full of equipment and teachers is also nice

Dislikes

distance of college and mess for mess is apox 800meter from hostel

IQ CITY Haven for knowledge

Likes

It's a very beautiful and green campus with lots of free space
Social interactions are well, friendships are easy as people communicate well. Seniors are very nice and tend to help a lot. When a good bond is established.
Faculty is excellent, always ready to help. And often give 1-1 help when needed. Infrastructure is well maintained

Dislikes

There should be more shops and connected establisments. To prevent price monopoly by those that are here
Fire safety precautions aren't upto date. And safety against disasters is a bit poor
The order of teaching and flow is either slow or very rushed.

Admission:

I applied to all medical colleges of west bengal, and got this college by rank basis allotment through NEET. Cutoffs are extremely high, the cutoff was around 460/100 in round 1 for SC quota. I secured admission in first round itself.

MY LOVE FOR IQ CITY MEDICAL COLLEGE

Likes

Clean and beautiful campus .Hostel is not far from main college building.
Very good patient flow compared to other private medical colleges in west bengal
Professors are very strict and practical classes are so good . professors and warden maintain discipline among the students

Dislikes

Their own auditorium is not in the campus
They don't have any good indoor playing ground
Fees structure is very high.Internship Stipend is lower side.

Admission:

I applied also jagannath gupta medical College but confirmed my admission in iq city medical College.i liked the campus a lot .no didn't get any rejection from other colleges. Neet Qualified students are eligible.for state quota you have to above state quota cutoff marks in neet from that year.management quota also there is some cutoff marks like 250-300 out of 720 .

Likes

The campus is huge. It has large playground for all types of outdoor games.
Tha classrooms are good, air conditioning, has projectors used during lectures.
Patient outflow is good here to enhance practical knowledge.

Dislikes

The accomodation in hostel is not appropriate.

Great infrastructure, well designed curriculum and helpful faculty

Dislikes

Sometimes the course becomes too tiring and college is way too strict regarding attendance

Admission:

You only are eligible to get admitted to this course if you score a mark more than the cut off in the NEET UG entrance examinations which is around 140 out of 720 and the admission procedure is quite smooth and only scope of improvement is that there's a lot of burden and hence time management needs to be taken care of

Had to go through neet cut off. It was easy process. Application form was given through neet counselling website. I got no reservation benefit as I belong to general category . Admission process can be made easier by telling about the information related to admission beforehand.

Likes

First of all mainly I liked our college study faculty
2nd our college campus are awesome. There is no comments on this.
3rd Library, lab, study room and etc

Dislikes

1st off all sports facility is very much poor.
2nd one is our college management team is very poor condition
3nd one is we paramedics student want our paramedics and mbbs to be separate

Admission:

No age limit of this course. This course u will get by JENPAS entrance examination. I found this college from website advertisment. I don't give any application fees. Don't take extra money in the addmission process.

Likes

College infrastructure is very good and cleaned
Library is open to all students with quality books
Teachers here teaches so well and faculty is also good

Dislikes

Canteen food here is avg, a little high cost
Hostel fees is high cost also hostel room may or maynot be available all time
Travelling from college is very costly .

For admission in Bsc OTT , the minimum eligibility criteria must be 10 +2 passed with compulsory physics, chemistry , biology /biotechnology in stream. For application form, one can visit iq city medical college website and fill the form their .

I like most is library and study room and the halls
