The facility, a six-story building equipped with solar panels, provides 24/7 water supply, a geyser, good lighting, and furniture.

High-speed broadband internet is available on all floors. The hostel includes a mess that serves only vegetarian meals four times a day, except for Sunday's dinner. Breakfast is considered the best meal, while dinner is noted as the least satisfactory. Hostel accommodation is mandatory for all students from outside Bhilai and Durg, with registration occurring during the admission process.
