Likes

Sports and Recreational department of Symbiosis Nagpur is the best
Facilities including sanitization and Library

Dislikes

Faculty needs to improve and quality towards management
Management is too political and shabby in terms of professionalism

Course Curriculum Overview:

Exams are conducted in 2 types : Mid sem and End sem The exams are written and assessment for internal marks are based on creativity and hard work . Syllabus oriented tasks and research projects are provided.

Likes

I liked the infrastructure, sports facilities
I also liked the campus library and campus size
I also liked few of the faculties as they are friendly

Dislikes

I dislike that good faculties are leaving
the sports complex doesn't have a swimming pool
They don't provide a shed for two wheelers, which makes the seats hot

Course Curriculum Overview:

It is a course which is not recommended to people,but it is a good course too as you get to make new friends and connections. The curriculum makes you an research analysis expert. The exams are conducted after 2 months every semester.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The cousre ciricullum was was general BBA foe one year. After that we had to choose a specialization of our liking.The specializations offered were marketing,HR and finance. The teaching method was very practical,innovative and interactive.Many class activities were performed which engaged students and helped them improving their communication skills.Presentations, speeches were part of our daily activities.

Campus: It’s just very aesthetic and honestly lifts the spirits on a day with good weather
French Course: It was my favorite subject, from the content to the faculty everything was perfect.
Well rounded curriculum: I think the curriculum was well designed.

Dislikes

High cost: This is self explanatory I think.
Certain courses although well designed were not appropriately structured in terms of timeframe.
The location is quite far away from the city which means a long commute for non-hostellites.

Placement Experience:

Placement opportunities are available for last year students. Students in second year are also eligible for internships. As far as I know, most students get placed. Mostly local companies and a few others visit the campus.

THE PROs AND CONs OF SCMS NAGPUR

Likes

the campus and the crowd is really good and the faculty is okay.
it has free gym for students which is pretty bug.
the library is huge and is air conditioned.

Dislikes

the high fees is the major prblm . triple the fees form other colleges.
the hostel is pretty expensive and the food too.
the faculty is not that great in my opinion.

The college recently started the course for BBA, therefore, it doesn't have many good placements but it will be better over time. The Average package of bba from SCMS is 4.3lpa and the highest is 10lpa. 100% of students get placements. After getting my degree I will do MBA.
