MRCEW Faculty

The faculty at the college is highly qualified and experienced, with all members having at least an M.Tech degree, and many holding Ph.D. qualifications. Most faculty members have over 4 years of experience, and some possess more than 10 years of expertise. The faculty is 100% ratified by JNTUH. The teaching approach emphasizes creativity and practical application, with 20 hours of theory lectures and 30-35 hours of lab and practical sessions per week to enhance students' understanding.

Faculty members are supportive and dedicated to student development, conducting expert guest lectures, industrial training tours, seminars, and workshops. The college also offers clubs for music, fine arts, sports, and literature. Faculty-student relationships are friendly yet disciplined, with a strong focus on outcome-based learning and practical knowledge application. The faculty's commitment to teaching excellence helps maintain a high pass rate, with 85-90% of students passing each semester. The examination structure includes two mid-semester exams, pre-finals, and finals, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation process.
