Does MRCEW Hyderabad follow a strict attendance policy?

A student shall be eligible to appear for the semester end examinations, if the student acquires a minimum of 75% of attendance in aggregate of all the subjects/ courses (including attendance in mandatory courses like Environmental Science, Constitution of India, Intellectual Property Rights, and Gender Sensitization Lab) for that semester. Two periods of attendance for each theory subject shall be considered, if the student appears for the midterm examination of that subject. Shortage of attendance in aggregate up to 10% (65% and above, and below 75%) in each semester may be condoned by the college academic committee on genuine and valid grounds, based on the students representation with supporting evidence. A stipulated fee shall be payable for condoning shortage of attendance. Shortage of attendance below 65% in aggregate shall in NO case be condoned.

Ques. What is the eligibility criteria for award of BTech Lateral Entry degree at MRCEW?

Ans. The eligibility criteria to obtain MRCEW BTech Lateral Entry degree is as follows:

The LES students after securing admission shall pursue a course of study for not less than three academic years and not more than six academic years.
The student shall register for 120 credits and secure 120 credits with CGPA ≥ 5 from II year to IV-year B.Tech. programme (LES) for the award of B.Tech. degree.
The students, who fail to fulfil the requirement for the award of the degree in six academic years from the year of admission, shall forfeit their seat in B.Tech.
The attendance requirements of B. Tech. (Regular) shall be applicable to B.Tech.(LES).

The Struggles.

Admission:

I got admission from Geetam Engineering college, I liked that college very much. But A girl has suicided when I wanted to join so my parents rejected the offer. The college that rejected me was Narayanamma, in which they had to because they have enough people, they're list is filled so they rejected me saying I have low score. after applying for this college and I got accepted, my family came to see the college and we took the admission, filled the papers, signed the papers, and also paid some amount of fees, The Principal told me about Swayam which was a skill learning app through online teaching videos and exams which would help us in the future of learning good things and all. I joined in the nptel group and listened to the classes even before the college has started, that helped me get highscore In the nptel exam. I was happy along my principal.
