The faculty at the college consists of approximately 10 members, with some having 10 to 15 years of teaching experience. Although the quality of faculty varies, with some being very good and others average, there is an emphasis on experienced teachers who provide effective teaching. The college organizes workshops and seminars to aid in the all-round development of students.

Class lectures are clear, and faculty members are approachable and interactive. However, there is some inconsistency in faculty retention, as changes occur frequently.
