Xavier gives good managers

Likes

I like infrastructure of the college. It's very beautiful and green.
The faculty members are very cooperative and supportive to the students.
The place is very peaceful inside the campus.

Dislikes

I don't like some rules and regulations of the college.
There is network issue in the college campus.
Sometimes the meal provided by the college is not that much good.

Placement Experience:

The students will eligible for the placements after the 5 semester exam. There is campus placement available in the college. There are lot of companies visited in the college campus every year. Some of the companies like : casa, jslps, PepsiCo, HDFC Bank etc. to recruit students. The highest package offered by the college is about 15 lakhs per annum and average package is around 5 - 6 lakhs per annum. The college provides 100 percentag placement for students. My plan after getting degree of pgdm is to work as a manager in any reputed company.

The internship - unpaid

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible after 1st year but college won't allow you to join before completion of the whole PGDM course. Last years highest was 10 lakh per annum. The college start their Placement activities a bit late.
