Xavier gives good managers

I choose this course of pgdm in finance because my future plan is to take a good job in any big or reputed company as a manager position. The teaching faculty is excellent here. Each and every faculty members are qualified and well educated. The teaching methods of professor is very good. We can understand the concepts of the chapter. The examination is based on trimester system. It means exam will conducted in every three months. If a student study hard and sincerely then he/she definitely pass and score good marks in it.

The college have a collaboration with many reputed company for the internship. Some of the companies gives wonderful stipend to the students. It's depends on students profile and capabilities. After doing internships students gets wonderful experience of companies.

The students will eligible for the placements after the 5 semester exam. There is campus placement available in the college. There are lot of companies visited in the college campus every year. Some of the companies like : casa, jslps, PepsiCo, HDFC Bank etc. to recruit students. The highest package offered by the college is about 15 lakhs per annum and average package is around 5 - 6 lakhs per annum. The college provides 100 percentag placement for students. My plan after getting degree of pgdm is to work as a manager in any reputed company.

The total fees of two years pgdm course is around 498000. We can pay all the amounts in four different terms in whole two years of the course. If a student belongs to a financial weak background then he/she can get loan for the two years pgdm programs from bank. If candidates are eligible then definitely they can get stipend for there internship.

There are many activities like fests, bonafires, seminars happens in the college campus. It generally happens in between September to December. There is a big library available in the college. The library are rich of books and journals for the students. The students generally play sports like cricket, football, badminton, basketball etc. the students have a social media group where they talk about education or other related topics managed by students .

The college provides a big hostel for students. It is very neat and clean and maintained by the college for students. The meal provided by the college is wonderful and very tasty. It's is worth according to money. The registration process for hostel is happen once you get selected for the course in the college. Students have to pay some advance money for the college. There are lot of pg/rented rooms are available near the college outside area.

First we have to appear in exams like cat, mat, xat etc. then after scoring good percentile. On the basis of percentile you have to fill application form on college official website then appear for GD/PI round. After clearing GD/PI round candidate is eligible to admission in the college. the college application fee is around 1000 rupees. If candidates belongs to sc/st catagory then they will get some reservations. Everything is good in the process of selecting candidates in the college according to me.

The college takes GD/PI for their selection process. They ask some general knowledge questions related to management. Some of the common questions are : marketing, market, next five years plans etc. then after getting selected in that you can take admission to the college. Candidates have to prepare some basic topics related to management and having good command over English then they can easily selected in the college.
