Quality of faculty: experienced and knowledgeable faculty members. campus life: vibrant and engaging with various clubs and events. placement opportunities: strong placement support for career prospects.
The college library is good and the college friends are very friendly
The placement is of good very good companies as the sun pharma wipro torrent ajanta come for taking interview you have to for financial assistance, you can get an on-campus scholarship.

Dislikes

The toilets are not so good , clean but lack of locks
Our lunch break is only for 30 minutes that i hated the most.
In nshm there is no playground so we can't get much opportunity for outdoor games

A review of my Campus Life as a Student at NSHM Knowledge Campus, Durgapur.

Likes

First and foremost is the behaviour of the faculty, they show great expertise at their job and is always there to help you out either in campus or out campus. They make sure you understand the basics of the chapters through detailed presentations.
Secondly is the infrastructure, the campus is surrounded by greenery, theres a garden and there are two lakes one in the front and another in between boys and girls hostel. You can easily spend your leisure time with the beauty of mother nature
The college boasts a strong WiFi connection all over the campus no matter where you're, You just need to connect using your college ID and you're good to go with an average of 30Mbps speed.

Dislikes

There's no concrete platform for bike parking so during rainy day the ground becomes muddy and slippery. So have to carefully park the bikes so not to fall over. A concrete platform is much needed.
The classes on top floors are not equipped with AC's so during summer it get's really hot.
Although most of the facilities does their job really well, there's still some faculty members who doesn't does their job that well.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their last semester, i.e, after 5th Semester for us. The college gets good placements in Hospital Management. In the last placement cycle almost all the seniors got placed in reputable hospital. Mostly in Apollo Hospital, Delhi and Chennai, AIG Hospital, among others. Highest placement offered in the last placement cycle was of 9LPA to a MHA student and average placement is 5LPA. Around 90% students gets placed. Acter getting the degree I will sit for the College Placement Cycle and would aim to get placement at a reputable hospital with good amenities and salary and would also complete my MHA studies while working.

IT MIGHT HAVE COLLABORATION WITH INDUSTRIES ,PROVIDING STUDENTS WITH PRACTICALEXPOSURE AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR INTERNSHIP OR PLACEMENT

NO DISLIKE ARE THERE AS I HAVE COMPLETED MY BHM DEGREE FROM THIS COLLAGE SO I HAVE NOT FASED ANY PROBLEM SO I THINK THAT THERE IS NO DISLIKED FROM MY SIDE

Placement Experience:

AT THE 2ND SEMESTER THE STUDENTS ARE APLICABLE FOR THE CAMPUSH PLACEMENT ITS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR THIS STUDENT TO VISIN AND INTERNSHIP MANY RAPUTED HOSPITAL AT INTERNSHIP TIME HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT STUDENTS ARE WORKING FOR NOT PAID STAFF AFTER GRADUATION DEGREE THEY GET A JOB OPPOTTUNITY 1,30,000 TO 2,20,000 PER YEAR.

Likes

The teaching quality is good. And the college provide us many seminar.
The infrastructure is good. And teachers help us and guide properly.
They provide us internships in every semister.

Dislikes

The class room size is very small. And few teachers are available for various stream.
There are few numbers of computer in laboratory.

Placement Experience:

Candidates easily get jobs from many companies, like AMRI hospital, Apollo hospital, Fortis, Columbia asia, BP poddar, Medanta, NH narayana, Tata medical. Highest package is 600000 annually. And avarage is 350000.

Campus Life is quite good cause of the friends I've made here in college.
Decent placements are given in our college of decent package.
Faculties are quite good and friendly with us.

Dislikes

College infrastructure is not at all liked by me cause of its shape it make more crowded during recess time.
Canteen Foods are not that much good and unhygienic
Campus is very small and don't even have a playground to sit and took fresh air.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester students become eligible to sit in campus placements. Many reputed companies visit here like Amri, Narayana, Manipal, Apollo, Kothari, R.N.Tagore etc. About 60+ offers were given to our college. The highest package is about 12 LPA last year and Average package was about 5LPA. This year due to recession the amount of offers were less than previous year. Still about 65% student got placed in a reputed hospitals. After having a degree I want to get a Job.
