The room has an ac , tv and fridge the rooms are ok and spacious . The mess food is bas but better than other messes of diffrent collages , the menu changes every month The fee is about 120000 The registration process starts as soon as you get an email about you getting an admission and if you wanna opt for the hostel or not

My experience

The college provides 3 hostels with 3 mess attached. The mess provides breakfast, lunch, hi tea ( evening snacks) and dinner. The hostel has six sharing, 3 sharing room and 2 sharing rooms... So club rooms. We can avail hostel for a year and then can extend in next years as well.

The infrastructure is quite nice, The labs are good too. The canteen food is also tasty and worth paying ..I recommend Honey chilli potato of Clockwise

the hostel rooms are quite good ...u get 3 options that is within campus, extended campus and united homes ..United homes is the best hostel to consider because it is location ...altough it is 8 km away from campus it has more facilities than the other 2 ..that is more restraunts ..more shops etc...but it also comes with extra price to pay..There is 1 mess in each location (main campus,extended and united homes}...you get the same food at each mess ...you get a TV,fridge and an Ac in your room ...You have to pay the AC bill separately...there are 2 sharing, 3 sharing,4 sharing,6 sharing and club rooms option available ...

Really helpful

The facilities are really good. You can get bathrooms attached. You have 4 times meals per day. It's better than other colleges. There is a mess area where you can sit and chill and eat. The hostel registration process is done with the admission process only. There are many PGs and rentals within 2.5 km from the campus.

The hostel is really good, there is good supply of water n electricity, we have the option to opt for an air conditioner in our rooms, the per annum expenses of the hostel is rs. 70k, we have the options to opt for three sharing, two sharing or single rooms in the hostel.

The hostel infrastructure is pretty good. Just the fact that they don’t allow us to stick much on the wall or do anything is quite frustrating. The rooms aren’t that big but we manage. We have to pay for the AC bill separately. There are many options such as single sharing, double sharing and triple sharing. The intime is pretty late considering all other college around here have the intime around 9:30 or so whereas we have our intime at 11. But if we are even a minute or two late the warden makes us call our parents, then we gotta pay 500 as a fine and write an apology letter to her that we will be careful about time henceforth. Nothing of this sort is applicable for the boys. And that fucking infuriates the hell out of me. At 11:15 the security didi comes in every room to see if all of us are in our rooms or not and if we haven’t signed in the register she calls us down. If we gotta go for night out then mom dad have to mail them, I gotta remove a print, submit it to the warden, then she calls my mom or dad to cross check and then only can I go for night outs. And it’s not allowed if you’ll be late past 11. You won’t be allowed in the hostel even if your parents have given you the permission. We can only stay out the entire night but can’t come in the middle of the night. AGAINST THE BLOODY RULES.

Best design college which helped me grow into a successful professional

The life at the campus is amazing and I made a lot of friends. The best thing is the big events like Annual Fest Viaje, Ahmedabad Design Week, Youth Parliament, TEDx etc. We have multiple hangout places. The campus has big libraries where all kinds of books, magazines, and journals are available. The classrooms are fully equipped with projectors/instruments etc. Various sports activities happen throughout the year like cricket, football, table tennis, basketball etc. We have a university student council as well as many clubs where students can explore their talents.

ROAD TO CORPORATE

YOU WILL HAVE A BED, WEARDROP , STUDY TABLE. THE WI-FI FACILITY IN THE CAMPUS AND HOSTEL. THEY WILL ASK YOU AT VERY FIRST REGARDING YOUR HOSTEL REQURIEMENTS . THE MEAL IN THE CANTEEN WAS HYGINIC BUT THE CATCH IS THAT ALL IS PURE VEG.

UID - best thing that happened in my life

The rooms had all the necessary facilities. They were spacious and had AC. Meal quality was quite good too. The menu has plenty of options. The locality is peaceful and most of the things are available on campus. They have an ATM and a big shopping mall on the campus. All the academic and day-to-day amenities are available on campus so no worries.
