Likes

The amount of hard work a lot of teachers putting to make the clg one of the bests in the area is commedable.
Offers a robust curriculum with a focus on technology and engineering, preparing students for careers in these fields.

Dislikes

The grading system is not well managed and is poor
Theres no hostel facility and the pg rooms are limited
Depending on its location, it might be far from urban centers, affecting accessibility and exposure to certain professional opportunities.

Course Curriculum Overview:

It's a great course but the content provided is mostly theoretical which doesn't help. Much in the corporate world or in the professional world. Considering the given academic curriculum, students have to find their way on their own to learn new things which can help Them Find a good job.

Likes

Supportive Faculty , Helping and caring,well educated staff
the classrooms are very modified,smart classes available
good laboratories for practicals,air conditioned labs and library

Dislikes

lack of extra curricular activities apart from studies
There is a shortage of classrooms and the library is also small and not many books are available.
Wi-Fi does not work properly, it gives a very weak signal and sometimes a limit is applied, it does not give any speed, I cannot download anything on Wi-Fi

Course Curriculum Overview:

All labs are well equipped.Smart classes are available and CAD labs are also their.Neat and clean classroom.NPTEL room is also given for students.Internet problem as they have applied the limits in wifi and even speed is not good nothing can bhi download.

'A decent college for engineering'

Likes

Smart classes are there in college which make students to easily understood the topic.
Facilities are to helpful for students.
Environment of the college is very good, everyone help each other in every thing about study related.

Dislikes

College doesn't have ground for playing.
Colleges don't have hostel for students living
College fees is more the they give the benefits.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am having interest in making of bridges that's why I opt this course. Teachers help alot in the practical which can be related to the real world. By doing more practical with more other equipments students can get more experienced . Students have to be prepared for upcoming exams because exams can be took suddenly

B-tech college 'tanakpur' review

Likes

Faculty is the best in this college,they are supportive of students.
Architecture of the college is also great.
Fellow students are also great we create the environment of innovation when we gather around.

Dislikes

Increment in fees was the worst thing that happend with us

Placement Experience:

I guess from the 7th semester,students get eligible for the placements. As i am currently in 2nd year,so i do not have any idea on this perticular topic. Avg. Package is 150,000? yearly. I plan on getting a relevent job after getting the degree

Likes

Teachers are humble and helpful usually support everyone
Library facilities is good mostly every book are here.
Computer lab are good with high speed internet connectivity

Dislikes

Labs and workshop for core branch are not available
Machines and other important equipment for core branch Engineering is not available
Size of campus is very small and structure is also not good

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am a diploma holder of mechanical automobile engineering so I choose mechanical engineering. Faculty of every particular subject is available. Mostly all faculty are PH.D holder and have a large teaching experience teaching level is extremely good. There are 2 internal examination called CT-1 and CT-2 of 30 marks each of average level

Unveiling the college Experience

Likes

Fees structure as its fees is very low in comparison of private college
Area. It is surrounded by mountains so here you will get fresh air.

Dislikes

Professors are not nuch experienced and some of them are very rude
No placement and internship opportunities
Campus is too small. There is no hostel.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is mostly same as of other universities. It's syllabus is based on Uttrakhand Technical University. Professor are new and young. Most of them are supportive and helps you whemever needed.

our course currriculum is very good and nice also . i would rate it 8 out of ten .there are various types of methodologies being used in this college for teaching this particular subject like faculties have qualified the net exam which is very necessary to teach in technical branch

nature is very good in this area u will see mountains around you
thier are many places to hangout with your friends
it have table tennis which is my fav game

Dislikes

campus is too small ,and because of this you will be getting bore
no tourist places near college or mall or any pvr
too hot in summer during day time because of river

Faculty members are good and helping nature. College offers mainly 5 branches. CSE, civil, animal, mechanical, and robotics. study of environment is good. Students ration is not as good as it is in emerging colleges.

Small but good college

Likes

Nature around the campus. As it is situated in remote area
Friends - you will get pahadi freinds who taught you pahadi and their culture
There are lot of place for camping and doing adventure

Dislikes

Campus is too small and situated in forest
It does not have hostel so you have to take pg
As most of the pg are in forest so there is a chance of wild animals

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I always wanted to be a civil Engineer so I choose this course. Faculty members are good and friendly. Some of them are holding Ph.D. And some are for IITs. The student ratio is not good as the college is situated in a remote area.
