GHRCEM Placement Process

The Affirmation Process - The affirmation involves the interaction with the respected recruiter to confirm their arrival on campus for recruitment. A screening process from both sides is conducted in the same way.

The Date Process - The Date is concluded by the recruiter and the college together, for the beginning of the initial screening.

Student's Superset Registration Process: During this phase, the students must do their registration for the SUPERSET, where the company's Job Description (JD) is provided, and students then proceed to enroll for it.

Pre-Placement Conversation Process - The students are told of the job profile, the position, and the skill set the company is looking for. They are also provided with the necessary information about the company they will be working for, the position for which the students are appearing, and the number of vacancies the company has.

Screening Process- The screening consists of an abundance of methods. Some companies shortlist the students on the basis of their CVs. Others make the students take a written test. And, there are still others that have psychometric tests, online tests, and group discussions lined up for the students.

Interviews- This is the pre-final step to secure a job with the employer. A plethora of questions are asked in the interview to select an employee from the list of shortlisted candidates. This again depends on the employer to take the course best suited for them. The students simply need to be prepared for everything

Announcement Process - An announcement with regards to the selection of the students is made in this step by the recruiters.

Official Communication- The company then communicates the same to the selected students by sending them offer letters sent to them.
