Dislikes
It’s very tiring there is a lot of work and assignments.
There are sleepless nights during sem end which is very important and exhausting.
The course demands loads of efforts sometimes faculty criticise your work but to make it better.
Admission:
As it was one of the colleges which had low strength of population and that means they pay attention to every student who is willing to work hence I chose this college u need to apply through cap rounds of Maharashtra set and there are multiple videos on how to apply and fill the form it's easy to fill except the website is little less workable it takes time and it's not that good website , fill the form correctly as the options u select are very important because if u belong to Maharashtra they give u more preference and there are very less seats for people out of state.
Infrastructure is good, curriculum is best compared to other colleges in maharashtra and creative teaching
Dislikes
Faculties sometimes targets you. Faculties unnecessarily poke their nose in our personal life and make an image of ours in their head of our character and then treat us on behalf of that which i think is wrong faculties should only think of us
College hours and what we do in our personal life shouldn't matter to them
Admission:
While filling the preference list while counseling brick was my first preference and after doing a lot research i decided that i wanted to take admission in brick because what i think is that brick has the best curriculum in Maharashtra compared to other top colleges like rachana, jj, Ls raheja, after applying for brick in first round i got brick in first round
Exam accepted for our course is jee paper 2 and nata
Cutoff of brick in 2023 was 141 something
And cutoff for year 2024 was really high it went 161 closing this year.
Overall admission process of brick is seamless like everything will happen in max 1 hour and then you have to pay the fees and done
Overall bricks experience is really good about everything but again i have interest in architecture as it is my passion so i enjoy it here in brick
Very friendly faculty and highly experienced, open to discussions and very supportive
Architecturally developed campus, with interactive spaces
Nearby locality is very friendly and nice, helpful.
Dislikes
Very far away from the main city. No modes of transportation
Not very affordable to the common folks, the fees could've been a little less
No easy accommodation, no proper hostel facility, very high flat rents around.
Admission:
We get admission through maharashtra counselling before that we need score for nata or jee paper 2 score which is conducted by coa the council of architecture in india.
It's conducted trice a year
And there's one more exam jee batch paper 2.
The young faculty let's you think freely without limiting your ideas, they're highly supportive and we can ask for help wherever we want to.
Lot of hands on learning, makes it easier and practical. Lot of workshops to learn new things. The fests are good.
Dislikes
They don't have any uniform, which I think makes it look undisciplined.
Admission:
The entrance exam to get into the college are NATA exam held by Council of Architecture, and also the jee mains paper 2. It's easy to get into this college as it's a private college, you have to score more than 70/200 in nata to qualify. Even easier if you have a caste reservation.
You can apply directly through mhtcetcell Cap rounds after which if you are alloted, you can come to the college to pay the admission fee .
The NATA exam is conducted thrice a year, and jee barch is conducted twice a year. From March to August generally. The exams aren't that difficult you can self study or have coachings if you want.
The interest in me were related to building so I opt this course. It is best architecture college in pune .

For getting admission in SMEF's for B.Arch I had to clear NATA, JEE scores are also accepted, there is no specific score, you just have to score an positive non-zero score. The candidate has to fill the application online on the college website, and attend the entrance exam for which the date will be notified. After all these processes, he/she has to wait for the results, it comes out mostly within 7 days.
I cleared NATA, JEE mains paper 2 or NATA anything of these two is accepted. The score must be positive. I secured 68% in my boards, the minimum is a 50%. For preliminary steps you need to aplly online and pay the fee after which you will be invited for an entrance test. The result/call letter will be issued shortly after that.
First of all, you have to give the entrance examination then and you will have to gain a valid score so that you can submit the application form for the admission in this college. You must have got 50% of marks in your class 12th examination so that you can be selected in the college. The application procedure is quite good, you will just have to fill the application form which is available at the official website of the college. The confirmation of admission will be given to you after 7 days. There are faculty staff present at the college campus for your help.
NATA is the entrance test for admission to any architectural college in India. The NATA score in combination with the class 12th percentage is taken into account. The NATA score is divided by 4 and the 12th class score is divided by 2 and then added.
