(Postgraduate) level must have passed Bachelor’s Degree (Hons. or General) or equivalent Examination from recognized University/Institute with the subject, possessing at least 40% marks in that subject. However, a candidate, who is even dishonored subject or in one of subsidiary subjects with at least 40% marks
