NID Gandhinagar M.Des. Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for admissions to M.Des program are as follows :
- Candidates must have obtained a bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognised university.
- Candidates with a full-time diploma of minimum four years in Design, Fine Arts, Applied Arts or Architecture from a recognised university are also eligible to apply for admissions.
- Candidates must be born on or after July 1, 1990 (July 1, 1987 for OBC-NCL/SC/ST category candidates).
NID Gandhinagar M.Des. Selection Criteria
- NID DAT consists of three stages – Written Exam (Prelims and Mains), Studio Test and Personal Interview
- Candidates qualifying the DAT will have to appear for Studio Test and Personal Interview.
- A final merit list is prepared based on the performance in all the three stages.
- Candidates will be required to attend the counselling session in-person at the selected NID Campus and pay the admission fees in order to confirm admission.

In order to apply for admissions to M.Des. course, candidates need to follow a stepwise procedure mentioned below

- Now, login to the account with the mobile number and email ID.
- Fill all the required details and click on ‘save and proceed’.
- Upload the necessary documents in the prescribed format.
- After uploading all the documents, click on ‘save and proceed’ to pay the application fee via Debit card/Credit card/Demand Draft.
