The college employs a highly qualified faculty, with over 75 members holding PhDs. Faculty members are noted for their supportive and approachable nature, often engaging in research and holding national and international honors. The faculty-to-student ratio is inadequate, with a need for more staff. Each academic year comprises one major exam, four internal assessments (CCEs), and practicals/vivas for each subject.
Despite the poor faculty-to-student ratio, the exam difficulty is manageable, and the faculty is instrumental in guiding students academically and personally. The college offers undergraduate programs like B.A., B.Com, and B.Sc., as well as postgraduate programs including M.A., M.Com, and M.Sc. in various specializations.
