The students from the first year are introduced to Personality Development Programs, which every year is improvised to prepare students for pre-placement requisites and post-college work ethics. Students are offered placements from the 4th year / final year.
The placement cell is present in the college which coordinates with students and companies for placement processes.
A few companies that visited KGI, Kanpur in 2015 were HCL, Compro technologies, SGS Technomech, Hero motocorp, etc.
