Shivaji Science College Nagpur Faculty

My college faculty is highly educated and almost all are professional medical practioners . The course structure is based on semester . Exam also conducted in semester way . 2 semester in one year like 1st semesteris conducted by college and 2nd semester is conducted by university . The marking system is like students score almost full marks in exam if they study properly according to there teachers guidance .

Teachers in our college are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. But a few are not good at explaining their views and thoughts to us. Teaching quality is good but sometimes we are not satisfied. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes student industry-ready.

I feel this is the best college in Nagpur, the faculty was dedicated towards us, the professors were very understanding and valued our opinion in academics as well as in extra curricular activity. Some lecturers were very lively and kept entertaining us in between the classes.

The faculty of my college was very nice, especially in my department. Most of the professors had master's degree in English, some of them even had a P.hD degree. Our HOD organises a lot of guest lectures and seminars for the growth of our knowledge.

Our faculty was very good. All the practical teachers were very helpful and took lectures to make us understand all concepts before asking us to perform the practicals. They were very helpful both in an out of the class.

Our faculty was very knowledgeable and helpful. They gave really good notes and reference books that we used for exams,. They also helped us with previous years' question papers. They were very friendly as well.

According to my the faculty in my college is very nice because all teachers are MSC Ph.D. in a special subject. They teach us very nicely and the most important thing is the behavior of students is very good so according to me the faculty is very good.

I assess my college on the basis of:- 1. Education 2. Sports 3. practical labs 4. Ground 5. Hostel(girls only) The education of this college is best in whole nagpur. After the institute of science college, this college is best for the BSc. Trust me the teacher staff of each of every department is best and well qualified. The practicals are done sharply and perfectly of every subjects . College contain 4 buildings in it and every bulding has own department of the subject. The college has library too. the opening time of the library is 7.30am till 6 pm. The computer lab is all done with good equipment. The principal of our college is Dr.Mahendra Dhore sir. The conference hall of college is big with AC, sound system, projector, etc. There are 8 branches of BSc are available in the college and the BCA is also available for boys and girls both. The two branches of the college are non-granted which are biotechnology and zoology. Except for those branches, all other branches are granted with only for 4000 rupees fee (open category) -and for OBC The fees is only 1300 rupees (the fee structure varries every year).

Various faculties are there with the best teaching. there are many faculties in our college BSc in mathematics, physics, chemistry, zoology, botany, nanotechnology, microbiology, biotechnology, geology, bachelor in computer application, etc

Faculty staff in Shivaji science college was very experienced. Almost all teachers had done M.Sc and some are even persuaded P.hd. Every teacher had teaching experience of about 7 to 8 years. They were very much interactive. They had very friendly relation with students. Every teacher taught every topic in detail hence we didn't needed to prefer extra study material.
