Visit the official website of the college

Post registration, you will receive registration number and password on your email id and mobile number.
Now login using the above credentials and proceed to fill the form with relevant details.

When the form is complete, submit it and take a printout of the same.
Also, send the hard copy of the form with other necessary documents to college office before the due date.
