SIWS Faculty

The college conducts six 45-minute lectures daily, except Saturdays with four lectures, delivered by professionals such as CAs and CMAs. Faculty members are highly experienced, with over 12 to 30 years of expertise and include Ph.D. and master's degree holders. They utilize interactive teaching methods and provide practical, live examples to enhance understanding.

Staff are well-qualified, especially in science and engineering, and actively engage with students to address doubts. Despite some criticisms of teaching techniques and management, the faculty is considered excellent for specific courses, particularly in physics and BSc programs. The college follows an autonomous examination pattern with two semesters per academic year, including internal and theory exams.

Overall, the faculty is supportive, encouraging extracurricular activities alongside academics.
