PCACS Ph.D Biotechnology: Fees 2026, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

Ans. The Ph.D. Biotechnology programme at PCACS is primarily a full-time research programme. As per UGC norms (2022), Ph.D. programmes can be offered in full-time and part-time modes.
